The average temperature in July is 22 ± 3ºC. Rain showers are frequent.

A welcome drink will be offered on the conference site on Sunday July 4, from 16:00 to 20:00 in the Main Hall of the Observatory. No collective transport will be available on this day. Please, be aware that buses to Cointe are every 40 minutes on week-ends. The participants will also receive the final conference program and other relevant documents, badge, meal tickets, etc...
E-mail access will be provided. Details will be given later.
Facilities for Oral Presentations
The conference room will be equiped with two overheads, a slide projector
and a portable microphone. A video monitor will be available for oral
presentations. Those who want to use it are requested to notify the Local
Organizing Committee when submitting the abstracts. Videos recorded on
normal-sized VHS cassettes can be displayed. The projector can
also be driven from a computer (e.g. your personal laptop; restriction
220V-50Hz).
Poster
A room for poster presentations will be reserved. The poster board for a
paper will be 100 cm x 100 cm. (40" x 40")
A registration desk will be open from Sunday afternoon, July 4 through Thursday afternoon, July 8.
Receptions
All receptions are free of charge for registered participants as well as for
the accompanying persons.

There will be a free shuttle bus collecting the participants from University's Observatory to the University's restaurant ("La Mason"). Lunches are included in the registration fees.
