Masters
Every year more than 40 students follow the training provided by three master
programs. These degrees open career opportunities
in many different sectors, from the space industry to the management of the
environment and through research centers and national and international institutions.
A short presentation is provided below for each of the programs. The general

Master in Space SciencesThis Master is mainly directed towards those who intend to understand the origin and evolution of the Earth and of the Universe and to take an active role in space research. The extensive training in astrophysics, atmospheric physics and planetary science aims at mastering theoretical and modeling tools as well as observational techniques and image processing.

Master in Geography Global ChangeThis multidisciplinary training aims at deepening the knowledge of past and current climates as well as the analysis of the interactions between human societies and climate. The proposed approach trains scientists to interpret past climates, to forecast the future one and to manage the anthropic pressures on the global environment.

Master in OceanographyThe Master in Oceanography provides an essential overview to those who wish to specialize in the sciences of the sea. The training covers the fields of physics, biology, chemistry and marine geology. This multidisciplinary approach is needed for the study, the management and the modeling of the ocean, an essential element of the Earth's environment.
